| Question : | Does the product come with a warranty? |
| Answer : | Please refer to our Warranty statement which is listed on our website. |
| Question : | What method of payment can I use? |
| Answer : | We accept cheques made out to 'Real Essential Ltd' in GB Pounds Sterling. We can take payment via bank transfers for orders if preferred. |
| Question : | How will my order be delivered? |
| Answer : | We prefer to use an internationally recognised courier company, so to ensure delivery and security, within 5-7 working days, from receipt of order. |
| Question : | How much is the delivery charge? |
| Answer : | Delivery charges will be dependent on each individual order, and the time scale preferred by the customer. Prices will be confirmed at time of purchase. |
| Question : | What happens if I am at not in or at work when the courier company tries to deliver? |
| Answer : | As deliveries require a signature on receipt, we recommend you give us a delivery address where someone will be in to sign for the parcel. A work address is ideal. If no one is in to sign for your goods, the courier company will leave a card to say they have tried to deliver. The card will also show contact details so that you can arrange another delivery. Alternatively, you will be able to collect the parcel from the depot. |
| Question : | How can I cancel an order? |
| Answer : | We hope that you would never have to, but should you decide, we would require written confirmation via e-mail within 42 hours of the order being placed. If you call directly to cancel an order, we will still require written confirmation. Please send to: info@realessential.co.uk - including all relevant details such as Purchase Order number. |

| Answer : | Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy which is listed on our website. |
| Question : | I would like a refund due to faulty product received? |
| Answer : | Whilst all care is taken to ensure all Real Essential products reach you safely, if for any reason there is a fault, please complete the Returns Card stating the problem, and we'll refund or replace accordingly. |
